Introduction
At Seiranow, we want your premium Japanese products to reach you as conveniently and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines the available delivery options, coverage areas, fees, and timelines for all orders placed through our website at seiranow.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
Shipping Options
We currently offer three shipping arrangements to accommodate customers across the Philippines:
1. Store Pick-Up (Free)
Customers may opt to pick up their orders directly at our office at no charge. This is the most cost-effective option and is available to all customers regardless of order size. Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will notify you via email or phone. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when claiming your purchase. Pick-up schedules are subject to our office hours, and we will coordinate the exact date and time with you upon order confirmation.
2. Metro Manila Delivery - Express and Door-to-Door (Limited Areas)
For customers located within Metro Manila, we offer express and door-to-door delivery service. Please note that this option is available in limited areas within Metro Manila only. To qualify for Metro Manila delivery, a minimum order value of PHP 2,500 is required. Orders that do not meet this minimum threshold will not be eligible for this delivery option and will be advised to either opt for store pick-up or arrange their own courier. Delivery within Metro Manila is typically processed and dispatched within one (1) to two (2) business days after order confirmation, subject to availability and coverage of the delivery area.
3. Outside Metro Manila - Third-Party Logistics
For customers located outside Metro Manila, orders are shipped through our accredited third-party logistics providers, which include but are not limited to LBC, GoGo Express, Lalamove, and other available courier services. The shipping fee for orders outside Metro Manila will depend on the prevailing shipping rates of the chosen logistics provider at the time of dispatch. Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to the customer prior to or upon checkout. Seiranow does not mark up or add any additional fees on top of the courier's standard shipping rates. Delivery timelines for provincial orders will vary depending on the destination and the courier selected.
Order Processing
All orders are processed on business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been successfully placed, and a separate notification once your order has been dispatched or is ready for pick-up.
Shipping Rates Summary
Store Pick-Up - Free, no minimum order required.
Metro Manila Delivery - Available in limited areas only, with a minimum order of PHP 2,500. Shipping fee, if applicable, will be indicated at checkout.
Outside Metro Manila - Shipping fee is based on the standard rates of the chosen third-party logistics provider (LBC, GoGo Express, Lalamove, and others). Rates vary by location and package weight.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, and high-volume periods. Seiranow shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers once the order has been handed over for dispatch.
Metro Manila express delivery is typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Provincial and outside Metro Manila deliveries may take three (3) to seven (7) business days or longer depending on the destination.
Order Tracking
For orders shipped through third-party logistics providers, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You may use this tracking number directly on the courier's website or app to monitor the status of your delivery. For Metro Manila deliveries and pick-up orders, our team will coordinate directly with you via phone or email.
Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the courier may return the order to us. In such cases, re-delivery fees will be shouldered by the customer. Unclaimed pick-up orders that are not collected within seven (7) days of notification will be subject to restocking, and a new order will need to be placed.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Seiranow carefully packs all orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, once an order has been handed over to a third-party logistics provider, Seiranow cannot be held directly responsible for damage or loss that occurs in transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us immediately at seiranowofficial@gmail.com or call 02-88747657 or +63 916 675 0678 so we can assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider and explore the best resolution available.
Changes to Shipping Information
If you need to update your shipping address or delivery instructions after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee updates once an order has already been dispatched.
