At Seiranow, we are committed to delivering 100% authentic Japanese products to our customers. We take great care in ensuring that every order is packed properly and meets our quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review this policy carefully before reaching out to us.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. The product seal is intact and the item has not been opened or used. The request is submitted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. You have provided clear photo or video evidence of the issue upon request.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following: items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed; products that were damaged due to improper handling by the customer after delivery; orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer; items purchased on sale, during promotional events, or marked as final sale; and change-of-mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of skincare, beauty supplements, and health products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This applies to all product categories sold on Seiranow, including skincare, hair care, supplements, soap, and food items.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

When contacting us, please include your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos clearly showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Our team will review your request and respond within three (3) to five (5) business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take five (5) to ten (10) business days after approval. For replacement requests, the replacement item will be shipped once the original issue has been verified and approved by our team.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), Seiranow will shoulder the shipping cost for the replacement. If the return is due to any other reason outside of our error, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
